Layered Vistas are a developing series of 35mm colour-positive film photographs, created from above and below the physical and metaphorical horizon. The analogue celluloid film is chemically processed and then physically overlaid with material data collected from the littoral zone. 
My work considers the notion of the microscopic concerning my phenomenological experience of nature, and in relation to the changes in implied scale that can occur when visual and conceptual horizons are explored.
